Network Ops Team
The Cerasis Network Ops team manages the Cerasis network infrastructure, making sure there is uptime to near 100% as possible for all freight technology applications, technology, and internal hardware such as computers and servers. The Network Ops team conducts proactive activity by making things more efficient, has less hoops, creates better user experience driven by uptime and efficiency. The team is also on call with anything that requires outside of normal business hours.
The value that the Network Ops team bring is the stability of our applications that our customers utilize on a day to day basis. This uptime brings consistency and availability of systems so that when our customers want to use an application, they know it’s available and convenientient, creating a seamless user experience, across all Cerasis technology.
Systems Administrator IIPaula supports users internally and externally with any computer related issues as well as monitors and maintains computer software and hardware. Before coming to Cerasis, Paula worked for a local credit union giving her an in depth knowledge of customer service. Most IT work needs to be broken down into laymen's terms and her previous customer service history has made that easier to keep users and customers in the know and happy. Mrs. Harrison-Thomas attended the University of Phoenix receiving her Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Paula lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her husband Kendall and daughter Natalee. Most of Paula's free time is spent with her daughter. Her daughter is in weighted classes at school, orchestra, school newspaper and basketball, so Paula spends most of her time at practice, games and making sure her daughter has everything she needs. Paula's favorite past time is watching movies and also loves baseball.
Systems Administrator IIIEric is very important to the operating infrastructure of Cerasis. He manages and maintains servers, firewalls, Hyer-v Virtualization, and network equipment assisting with remote user support in Dallas and Houston. Eric previously worked at Old Republic Automotive Insurance as an IT Support Specialist. That position gave Mr. Anderson the opportunity and experience with Servers, Firewalls, Virtualization, and user support. Eric Attended ITT Tech receiving his associate degree in “Computer Networking Systems.” He lives in Owasso, Oklahoma and enjoys flying RC Heli’s in his spare time.
